I’m Kelly, a Yoga teacher and advanced fitness instructor specialising in mindful, balanced training. Whether you want to flow, build strength, improve flexibility, or reset mentally and physically, I offer classes and PT that fit your lifestyle, or online if that works best.

Kelly is a Yoga Teacher, Advanced Fitness Instructor, and a passionate advocate for women’s midlife wellbeing. After years of teaching high-intensity workouts, she realised that true strength comes from balance, not just intensity.
Through Breatheasyoga, Kelly now supports women approaching peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond in resetting, recharging, and cultivating sustainable health—mentally, physically, and emotionally. By combining mindful movement, strength, and self-care, she creates a welcoming space where women can feel empowered, energised, and in tune with their bodies.

I'm new to yoga and fitness classes. Which class should I start with?
Our In-Person Yoga classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to accommodate all levels. If you're interested in fitness, the In-Person Body Conditioning class is also suitable for beginners.
Do I need to be flexible or fit to start your classes?
No prior flexibility or fitness level is required. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.
What types of classes do you offer?
We provide a variety of classes, including:
In-Person Body Conditioning: A dynamic fitness session combining strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility work, and core strengthening.
In-Person Yoga: Suitable for all levels, focusing on breathing, movement, and mindfulness.
Online Membership: Access to classes in Cardio, Strength, Yoga, YogaSculpt, and Mindful Conditioning, with new classes added monthly.
Where are the in-person classes held?
Our in-person classes are conducted in Long Ditton. Please check the schedule for specific location and times.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
How often are new online classes added?
We upload 3 to 4 new classes each month. Members are notified of new uploads via our community Facebook page and/or the Community WhatsApp Group.
