Im a Yoga Teacher, Advanced Fitness Instructor, and busy mum of two.
After years of teaching high-intensity workouts, I found myself feeling exhausted, anxious and completely out of balance. That experience led me to explore yoga and more mindful ways of moving and living.
Discovering yoga transformed my approach to health. I realised that true strength doesn’t come from pushing harder all the time, it comes from balance, consistency and learning to listen to your body.
