I’ve always felt at home moving to music.
I knew from a young age that sitting at a desk all day just wasn’t for me—I had too much energy to share with the world (and, let’s be honest, I always had ants in my pants!).
My dad followed his heart and love for music, and I spent so many hours as a kid watching him perform on stage. It was magic. He had this incredible way of shifting people’s energy—bringing them into the moment, no matter how their day had gone. Some people would just tap their feet, others would grab their partner for a dance, and suddenly the whole room felt alive. Watching that connection and joy left such an impression on me.
Now, that’s exactly what I want for you.
I want you to feel energised again. I want you to feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced. But most of all, I want you to know you don’t have to just accept feeling tired, wired, or a little out of sync with yourself.
I used to think movement was enough to keep me going, but over time, I realised it’s more than that. It’s about slowing down when you need to, listening to what your body is telling you, and finding small ways to care for yourself every day. Moving your body, nourishing it with good food, drinking enough water, finding moments to breathe and reset, and getting proper sleep—it all works together.
It’s easy to forget this stuff when life is so busy. We push through, don’t we? But when you pause and give yourself the space you need, amazing things happen.
You start to feel like yourself again.
That’s what my classes are about: moving, breathing, and finding little moments of calm and connection. Whether it’s yoga or fitness, online or in-person, I’m here to help you find your groove again—one step, one breath, one class at a time.
