Where do I start?

3. Go to 'Members Only' on the main menu bar.
4. Follow the initial steps detailed in 'Members Only'
5. Choose one of the sections Cardio and Abs, Strength, Yoga, YogaSculpt, and Mindful Conditioning, pick a class and join me!
6. New classes are added to the online membership frequently. Check back often!

About Kelly: With 17 years of experience as a studio instructor and personal trainer, I understand firsthand how the demands of daily life can leave you feeling wired and tired. That's why, as a mum, I turned to yoga for physical and emotional balance. I specialise in bridging the gap between fitness and yoga, providing classes that incorporate mindful movement and breath connection, from gentle relaxation to dynamic flows, to help you find balance. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or new to yoga, my classes are tailored to women of all levels and abilities and will leave you feeling more grounded, present, and energised on the mat and in your daily life.

How often do you upload new videos? I upload 3/4 new classes each month. You will be notified which classes have been uploaded via the community Facebook page and/or the Community WhatsApp Group.


Is there a phone app I can download? No, not a phone app, but you can save the website http://breatheasyoga.offeringtree.com to your bookmarks and you will have quick access this way.


How do I cancel or update my payment method? Cancel or update your subscription by clicking "User Profile" in the upper right corner of this website when you are logged in. You can cancel or update your payments there.
