A little personal update ☀️
Summer has been a whirlwind in the best way (mostly😂) We squeezed in a sunny little trip to York, full of wholesome moments. Between work, the kids’ sporting adventures (including their own cricket club!), and the support of grandparents, we’ve been juggling all the things. And yes — plenty of movie nights, far too much chocolate, endless snack distribution, and the constant chorus of “What are we doing now, Mum?” — my head was definitely spinning too!

A subtle seasonal shift 💡
With September here, routines naturally start to change — work and life rhythms settle after summer, and there’s a little extra space to reconnect with yourself. This month is the perfect opportunity to adjust your days, try something new, and create small moments of balance and calm.
