Hi, I’m Kelly White — a Yoga Teacher and Advanced Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping women find balance without burnout.
Movement is powerful, but I also know that true wellness begins with how we nourish ourselves. That’s why this program focuses on mindful eating, nutritional support, and daily habits, with yoga as a gentle add-on to support your reset whenever you need it.

Synergy's PhytoLife is a liquid supplement containing chlorophyllin, peppermint oil, barley grass, and alfalfa extracts. BODY PRIME
Body Prime could potentially support a peri/post menopausal woman by addressing symptoms such as electrolyte imbalance, fatigue, muscle issues, and digestive health, all of which can be impacted by hormonal changes. However, it's always advisable for individuals to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.
Once signed up you will receive a welcome email. Attached to this email will be a registration form, handbook (with program guidelines), recipe book, 7-day meal plan, and a link to join the WhatsApp Group.
Once the registration form has been returned, the supplements will be sent to you.
A couple of days before the start of the program I will check in on the Whatsapp group and answer any questions you may have before you start your journey.
Each day throughout the program I will check in with you via the group WhatsApp. I encourage you to post pictures of your food each day and to also carry out the mini mindful challenge that day. No pressure at all to post anything, but keeping yourself visible really helps keep you accountable.
Any wobbles throughout the program lean on me and the group to help get you through.
Once you have completed the program I invite you to keep in touch (if you wish) via a graduates' WhatsApp group (I've named 'Refreshed') to help keep the momentum going.
How do I get the supplements?
Once signed up for the program, I will send the supplements to your home address (Normally takes 2-3 working days for you to receive them)
How long do I have access to the program?
You will have access to a supportive Whatsapp Group for the 21 Days you are immersed in the program.
Once you have completed the program if you would like to continue your self-care journey with Breatheasyoga.
You will be invited to the ‘Refreshed’ Whatsapp Group (Graduates of the program) where we continue to support each other with recipes/podcasts etc
