We love having access to Kelly’s online catalogue of workouts. We can choose the right class to suit our needs for the day, be it strength conditioning or end-of-day yoga. We also really appreciate that you can squeeze in a 15-minute blast or indulge in a longer session. It is so flexible. And Kelly herself is motivating, kind, and uplifting.

I have been part of the wonderful Breatheasyoga online community since lockdown and I can honestly say it has kept me motivated and energised each week when I needed it the most. Kelly’s classes offer such a wide range of wellness workouts from cardio to calm yoga and mindful body conditioning sessions. Each week we get a different timetable of great classes to look forward to. I especially love the live sessions and if I miss one I can always catch up in my own time. Her passion and enthusiasm is infectious always sharing daily wellness reminders and support to keep me on track. You really do feel part of a wonderful wellness community in the comfort of your own home and space. - Sam

I absolutely love Kelly's classes! Whether it's yoga, body conditioning or the online classes, she brings so much knowledge, experience and authenticity plus makes you feel encouraged and motivated. I love the balance of yoga vs the body conditioning class each week as I feel my body benefits from both in different ways. Strengthening and cardio in the body conditioning is fun and energising with great music, and the yoga is strengthening, toning and calming for the mind too. Kelly is a great teacher, I always leave class feeling calm yet energised, the Monday class is the prefect way to start the week. The Vinyasa class is always different week to week, it never feels repetitive and I find the constant flow of movement really enjoyable. The instructions are always very clear and there’s always the option to make it more challenging or take it easy on those weeks you can’t push yourself.

Kelly's Monday morning class is the perfect start to the week. Her directions are very clear with challenging options offered enabling you to work to the level which suits you best. Kelly is also good at checking that what you are doing is correct. And, the class is small, friendly and energising which I always look forward to. I don't hate Mondays! - Sharon

Kelly offers a positive, supportive, educational, non-judgemental programme to reset from a health perspective, via nutritional & supplemental suggestions. In addition to her great fitness classes which you can do from home. I really enjoyed the 28-day programme and found that it made a difference to my overall wellbeing, my energy levels and my sleep, whilst helping me to break habits that had slipped in. I felt better after doing it, plus I felt a little lighter. I also really enjoyed the accountability via a group of other people doing it, to keep the motivation going. As soon as I started the Program I noticed a difference straight away. I felt more in control. Whilst initially I was a little daunted by the amount of supplements I am amazed how easy it was to build into my daily routine. My mood started to shift and noticed I was a lot calmer even when dealing with stressful situations, I had more mental clarity :-) and my energy rocketed. I began to feel like me again and I lost 11lbs. This program for me was exactly what I needed to tack back control and reset - building good habits to take forward. 1 week out of the official detox but still carrying on with the principles - just allowing myself one treat day a week. Kelly is incredible as always - so supportive and knowledgeable. And more importantly she created an environment which helped me to be successful.
