March Newsletter 🌷
Kelly White | MAR 10
The school runs have been very muddy and very rainy lately, and if I’m honest, the weather has played havoc with plans and mood a bit too.
It’s been one of those weeks where routines feel messier, energy dips, and motivation isn’t always where you want it to be.
That said… the sun has been teasing us a little lately, which feels like a quiet reminder that spring really is on its way. 🙌🏼
So I’ve been taking my own advice — slowing things down, walking anyway (even in the rain), and focusing on the small habits that keep me grounded rather than trying to do everything perfectly.
A good reminder that wellbeing isn’t about perfect weeks.
It’s about supportive choices, even on the grey, soggy ones. 💛
Throughout February, heart health has been a gentle theme across our Facebook community.
But the focus hasn’t been “do more.”
It’s been about small, consistent habits that support your heart, circulation, energy and nervous system long term.
We’ve been coming back to:
• gentle movement over forced intensity
• balance over burnout
• yoga alongside strength
• consistency over quick fixes
Some days that’s strength training.
Some days it’s yoga and grounding.
Some days it’s ten squats at your desk and an early night.
And that counts.
As we move through March, I’m keeping that same energy — realistic, supportive and sustainable… with a little springy spring in my step.
Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and it reminded me again how special this community really is.
Strong women lift each other up, and that’s exactly what I see happening here every day.
Whether you're juggling family, work, hormones, health, or simply trying to carve out a little time for yourself… I see you. And I know how much it can take just to show up some days.
This space is full of incredible women doing their best and supporting each other along the way, and I feel very grateful to be part of it with you.
I also wanted to reshare the free classes and resources that are available on my website.
If you’d like a little movement, a moment of calm, or simply some breathing space, you can explore them here:

Please feel free to share the link with any other awesome women who might need a little support too.
Classes in Long Ditton continue to feel warm and welcoming, with new faces joining and familiar ones returning each week.
One theme that keeps coming up:
Listening to your body is strength.
Whether that means taking a lighter option, pausing for breath, or choosing rest altogether, you’ll always be encouraged to meet yourself where you are.
No guilt.
No pushing through for the sake of it.

I currently have one Thursday lunchtime personal training slot available.
If you’re looking for more personalised support — whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, supporting midlife health, or simply creating a routine that works around real life — PT can be a really supportive way to stay consistent.
If you’d like to chat about whether it might be a good fit for you, you can reply to my newsletter or find more information here:
A colleague of mine, nutritional therapist Sue Thomas, will be hosting an upcoming webinar focused on nutrition and midlife wellbeing.
She’ll be talking about:
• the importance of fibre and protein for women in midlife
• how nutrition supports energy, metabolism and overall health
• the role food can play in supporting the body’s natural production of GLP-1
It will be practical, informative and full of simple ideas that can make a real difference to how you feel day to day.
I’ll be sharing the full details and booking link very soon, so keep an eye out.
Inside the membership, everything is designed to support real life and fluctuating energy and moods.
You can now filter classes by:
• how you want to feel
• class length
• class type
• body focus
So whether you need something calming and grounding, or a little stronger and more energising, you can meet your body exactly where it’s at that day.
If you’re not already in our community Facebook group, you’re very welcome to join us.
It’s a supportive space where I share extra tips, wellbeing conversations, and the occasional behind-the-scenes from classes and membership.
Most importantly, it’s a place where women support each other, which I love seeing.
