👋🏽 Each month, I share a quick roundup of what’s new, what’s coming, and little reminders to help you feel strong, grounded, and supported in your busy days — whether that’s yoga, movement, or simply finding more balance in your everyday life.

But first, a little personal update from me…

The school year wrapped up few weeks ago, and with it came a big milestone — my daughter finished primary school 😭. Where did that time go? It was the last time my two walked into primary school together… until they meet again in secondary, where I’m pretty sure they won’t be strolling in arm-in-arm!

It was one of those days full of all the feelings: pride, sadness, gratitude, overwhelm — a reminder of just how much we carry every single day.

It also reminded me how easy it is to forget about ourselves in the middle of it all. So here’s your gentle August nudge: even with holidays, kids, change, chaos (and all the joy too)… it’s okay to still do something for you.

That could be:
✨ 15 minutes of movement before the house wakes up
✨ A calming stretch in the evening
✨ Or even a complete rest day — because that counts too

The beginning of the summer break feels like the perfect time to soften the pace, breathe deeply, and make space for the small things that keep you feeling grounded.

A Gentle Reminder for August

Self-care doesn’t have to be big or time-consuming. Some days it’s:
💧 Drinking a full glass of water
💆‍♀️ Taking 2 minutes for a shoulder roll
🧘‍♀️ Standing barefoot in the grass
💛 Saying no when you need to

It all counts. And it all helps.

Here’s to a month of moving with kindness, making space for yourself, and remembering you don’t have to do it all to feel good.
