This 60-minute body conditioning class is a dynamic fitness session designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness levels in an uplifting group environment. Set to motivating music, the class combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility work, and core strengthening. Expect a warm-up, a mix of low/high-intensity intervals targeting different muscle groups, flexibility stretches, and a cool-down. Beginner-friendly and adaptable for all fitness levels!

  2. Complete Form – Fill out the Health Screening, Consent, and Data Form before attending.
  3. Prepare for Class – Bring a yoga mat if you have one (a few spare mats are available).
  4. Arrive & Enjoy – Come to Long Ditton Village Hall ready to move!
  5. Stay Consistent – Purchase a 5-class pass to stay committed and save.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class for a full refund or credit toward another session.
  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Class passes are non-transferable and must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.

Kelly is a Yoga Teacher, Advanced Fitness Instructor, and busy mum of two. After years of teaching high-intensity workouts, she found herself exhausted, anxious, and out of balance.
