In these crazy times i think more than ever we need our own head space. So make a physical yoga space free from distractions just for YOU.
You only need a small space, a private space for you to practice and BE, you are worth it. Your loved ones will also benefit from you having private time.
Create a space that you can go too that makes you feel…..aaaahhhh….then…..breathe and practice…….lush.
