This energising full-body session blends functional strength movements with mindful flow to help you feel strong, balanced, and grounded — in just 15 minutes.

Strength-building moves: Squat and Twist, Tricep Push-Up to Side Plank, Kneeling Hamstring Curls.

- A flowing Warrior sequence with strong holds to challenge both body and breath
