Day 2 - Core Awakening

Today’s class is all about activating and strengthening your core — with a smooth, flowing sequence that connects breath to movement.

Expect to feel more centred, supported, and connected to your deep core. ✨ Intention: "I move from my centre with strength and ease."

This 15-minute session includes:

✔️ Gentle core activation (dead bugs, toe taps)

✔️ Dynamic core flow (bird dogs, plank taps, boat pose)

✔️ Breath-led transitions

✔️ Soothing stretch and integration to finish
