Day 15 - Isometric Strength Holds

This 15-minute class uses isometric holds (where muscles engage without movement) to fire up your body and mind. We'll target the legs, core, and shoulders with static positions that challenge both strength and stillness.

Tip: Use your breath as your guide. 5–6 deep breaths = 30 seconds. Slow, steady, and strong!
