Calm & Strong is a 6-class mindful, barefoot workout series designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness from the ground up. Each session focuses on slow, controlled movements with an emphasis on proper technique, full range of motion, and mindful breathing, leaving you feeling both grounded and energised.

👣 Barefoot Connection
Training without shoes enhances balance, posture, and foot strength. It allows for a more natural range of motion and helps correct imbalances caused by regular shoe use.

👣 Slow & Controlled Movement
Moving with intention improves form, alignment, and muscle engagement. It encourages mindfulness and a deeper connection between your body and breath, building strength and endurance from the inside out.

👣 Full Body Conditioning
Using body weight and light dumbbells, this series engages multiple muscle groups for functional strength, stability, and mobility — accessible to all levels.

👣 Focus on Technique
Attention to proper form ensures safety and maximises your results. You’ll move with purpose, confidence, and control.

What You’ll Need

About Kelly: Kelly is a Yoga Teacher, Advanced Fitness Instructor, and busy mum of two. After years of teaching high-intensity workouts, she found herself exhausted, anxious, and out of balance.
