The 15/15 Strength Challenge is here to help you feel stronger, more energised, and supported — in just 15 minutes a day.
This 15-day program is perfect if you want to experience the benefits of strength training without carving out huge chunks of time.
Each short and focused session targets your whole body, helping to:

There’s no pressure to do it every single day — the beauty of this program is that it flexes with your life. You can space the workouts out, repeat your favourites, or pair them with a stretch or yoga session. Do what feels right for you.

Choose a weight that feels challenging by the end of each set — that gentle muscle fatigue is a good sign you’re getting stronger! If you have more than one set, you can switch depending on the movement or how you're feeling that day.
No need to go heavy — just enough to feel the effort, safely and confidently 💪
