About Kelly: With 17 years of experience as a studio instructor and personal trainer, I understand firsthand how the demands of daily life can leave you feeling wired and tired. That's why, as a mum, I turned to yoga for physical and emotional balance. I specialise in bridging the gap between fitness and yoga, providing classes that incorporate mindful movement and breath connection, from gentle relaxation to dynamic flows, to help you find balance.
Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or new to yoga, my classes are tailored to women of all levels and abilities and will leave you feeling more grounded, present, and energised on the mat and in your daily life.
