A training session for both of you. Embracing the synergy of yoga and weight training, catering to your body and mind's needs.

Through a thoughtful blend of yoga postures and weightlifting routines, I aim to cultivate a balanced approach to fitness.

Yoga enhances flexibility, balance, and mental clarity, while weight training builds strength, endurance, and muscle tone.

Together, these practices offer a comprehensive workout that fosters a sense of well-being and resilience, leaving you both feeling refreshed and centered, both physically and mentally.

1 session £80 - £40 per person

5 Sessions £380 (5% discount) - £38 per person

10 Sessions £720 (10% discount) - £36 each person

Before your 5 sessions begin you will have a FREE consultation with me where we'll take the time to understand your unique fitness goals, preferences, and any specific needs you may have. Here's what you can expect:

Goal Assessment: We'll begin by discussing your fitness objectives, whether they involve weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility improvement, stress reduction, or overall well-being.

Health History Review: We'll review your medical history, including any past injuries or conditions that may impact your training program. This ensures a safe and effective approach tailored to your circumstances.

Lifestyle Evaluation: Understanding your daily routine, dietary habits, stress levels, and sleep patterns will help me create a holistic plan that aligns with your lifestyle and promotes sustainable progress.

Fitness Assessment: Depending on your goals, we may conduct basic fitness assessments such as body measurements, flexibility tests, strength evaluations, or cardiovascular fitness assessments. This helps me establish a baseline and track your progress over time.

Discussion of Training Options: We'll discuss various training modalities available, including yoga, weight training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. Based on your preferences and goals, I'll recommend a personalised plan that suits you best.

Q&A and Goal Setting: Feel free to ask any questions you have about the training process, my approach, or anything else on your mind. Together, we'll establish clear, achievable goals and a roadmap for your fitness journey.

Next Steps: At the end of the consultation, we'll outline the next steps, which may include scheduling your first training session, providing additional resources or recommendations, or setting up further assessments if needed.
