Hello November! 🍂✨
We’ve officially entered that whirlwind stretch where autumn blends into the lead-up to Christmas. School terms are ending, mornings are getting colder, and our calendars are filling up with social events and festive plans. It’s busy — but mostly in the best way! And as we navigate this full-on season, it’s important to remember that taking care of ourselves is not optional.
In my yoga classes lately, we’ve been leaning on the bolster more. It’s a gentle reminder that support is allowed, especially when life feels busy. Some days we’re full of energy, ready to tackle everything; other days, we just need a slower pace, a breather — and both are totally valid.
