We’ve just wrapped up 30 Days of Balance — a beautiful blend of movement, breath, strength, and stillness that I shared with a small group of brilliant women.
Here’s me this week in the New Forest, smiling (between windy walks and snack breaks), still juggling life and little ones — but feeling a little more grounded for having carved out space to move and breathe each day.

It’s been a gentle but powerful reminder that movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. That rest isn’t weakness. That consistency can feel calming — not overwhelming.

Be kind — to everyone, smiling or not.
We never really know what someone might be carrying.
Sometimes smiles are real. Sometimes they’re masks.
It’s not weakness — it’s strength. A quiet superpower.
You don’t need to push to be strong.
You don’t need to be exhausted to be worthy of rest.
You don’t need to earn recovery — you’re already allowed it.
