Meet Kelly White: Your Guide to Wellness, Strength, and Balance

Hello and welcome! I’m Kelly White, a wellness coach, yoga teacher, and advanced fitness instructor dedicated to supporting women in midlife. Over the years, I’ve learned that true strength isn’t just about intensity—it’s about balance, connection, and listening to your body.

From High-Intensity Workouts to Mindful Wellbeing

Early in my career, I loved teaching high-energy fitness classes. But I quickly realised that while movement is essential, it’s not the whole picture. Real wellness comes when we combine mindful movement, strength training, and self-care—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Through Breatheasyoga, I now focus on helping women approaching perimenopause, menopause, and beyond to reset, recharge, and cultivate sustainable health. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel empowered, energised, and in tune with your body.

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve always loved moving to music. Sitting at a desk all day was never an option for me—I had too much energy to share with the world (and yes, I literally always had ants in my pants!).

My love for movement and music comes from my dad, who was a performer. Watching him on stage was magical. He had this incredible ability to shift energy in a room—some people would tap their feet, others would grab a partner for a dance, and suddenly the whole space felt alive. That sense of connection and joy left a lasting impression on me, and it’s exactly what I want for you.

I want you to feel energised, stronger, calmer, and more balanced. Most importantly, I want you to know that feeling tired, wired, or out of sync with yourself is not something you have to accept.

Movement + Self-Care = True Wellness

Over time, I discovered that movement alone isn’t enough. True wellness is about:

  • Slowing down when you need to

  • Listening to your body

  • Finding small ways to care for yourself every day

This could mean moving your body, nourishing it with wholesome food, drinking enough water, taking moments to breathe and reset, or getting proper sleep. It’s all connected. And when you give yourself the space you need, incredible things happen—you start to feel like yourself again.

Whether through yoga, fitness, online, or in-person classes, my mission is to help you find your groove again—one step, one breath, one class at a time.
