February Updates: Community Classes, Glow & Go & What’s New

At the start of each month, I like to share what’s been happening inside the community — from classes and programmes to behind-the-scenes learning.

Community Classes – Welcoming New Faces 

 

My community classes in Long Ditton have been buzzing with new faces recently, and it’s been wonderful to welcome everyone in 💛  

Something that came up a lot in January: choosing rest is a win.  

A client recently cancelled because she was recovering from tonsillitis — and that decision perfectly reflects the energy in my classes. There’s no forcing, no guilt, and no expectation to push through when your body needs rest.  

Whether you join me online or in person, you’ll always be offered options, modifications, and permission to meet yourself where you’re at.

Glow & Go – January Results & What’s Next.

 

Round 2 of the Glow & Go programme finished in January, and the feedback was really encouraging. Participants reported:

  • fewer energy slumps

  • better sleep

  • reduced bloating and cravings

  • weight loss and a greater sense of control

Glow & Go is a 7-day reset designed to fit into real life. There are no strict rules, no dieting, and no pressure to be perfect — just simple daily actions and support from a WhatsApp group.

The next round begins on 15th February.

Fitness & Flow Membership – Easier Navigation

I’ve made some improvements inside the membership to make it easier to use.  

All classes now live on one page, with filters so you can search by:  

- how you want to feel  

- class length  

- class type  

- body focus  

This makes it much simpler to choose a class that matches your energy on the day — whether you want something gentle or a little stronger.

A Little Behind the Scenes 

In January I attended a Synergy conference with some amazing colleagues, focused on cardiovascular health, circulation, and long-term wellness.  

For those who’ve done my 28-day reset or the Pure 21 Program, you’ll recognise ProArgi-9. It was recently named the world’s #1 L-Arginine dietary supplement by Euromonitor International, an independent global health and wellness research authority.  

I’ll be sharing some of the education and insights — always as information, never pressure. If you’re curious or have questions, I’m happy to chat 💚
