Hello, and Happy Sunny April!

Thanks so much for being here. Some of you join me for classes locally in Thames Ditton and Long Ditton, while others stay connected from further afield—and I’m truly grateful to be able to share these updates with you.

Although I haven’t been sending out monthly newsletters, that’s something I plan on making a consistent part of the journey moving forward. Just like a workout routine, consistency is key to keeping you updated, motivated, and on track!

    A beginner-friendly class with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation.
  • Body Conditioning (Fridays, 1:00–2:00 PM)
    Long Ditton Village Hall, KT6 5LE
    A dynamic full-body workout combining strength, core, and flexibility—set to great music and suitable for all levels.
